This website does not use profiling or statistics cookies. Its only third-party content is the Google Maps map, and it loads only with your consent: on your first visit a banner asks you to accept or reject it, with two equal buttons. Closing the banner or the page without choosing loads nothing. We ask again after six months, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the foot of every page or below.
What may be stored on your device
- pll_language (technical cookie): remembers the language of the site you are reading; it lasts up to one year.
- annalena-consent (local storage, technical): remembers whether you accepted or rejected Google Maps, and when, so that the banner does not ask again on every page; the choice counts for six months. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- Google cookies (third party): only after you accept the map, Google may set its own cookies, under its own rules (policies.google.com/technologies/cookies).
- WordPress cookies: set only for the hotel staff who log in to manage the website.
The map
The map on the Location and Contact pages comes from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited). Until you accept it in the banner, the page shows only a notice and nothing is requested from Google. When you choose “Accept”, Google receives your IP address and other technical data and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). The links “Open in Google Maps” and “Directions” open Google Maps in a new tab.
